Pre-Run Check In and Briefing

The pre-run check in and briefing will be held in the Function Room of the Apollo Bay Hotel on Friday 9 October 2009.
Runners will be able to check in and collect their numbers, etc, and also hand in drop bags, from 4:30pm to 6:30pm.
The MANDATORY Briefing will run from 6:30pm to 7:30pm.  This is compulsory for all runners and failure to attend will result in disqualification.

Run Day Check In

Runners may check in before the run start on Saturday 10 October from 5:00am.  All runners must be present at the start by 5:50am.  No drop bags can be taken at this time.

Presentations

The presentations for the run winners will be conducted on the Apollo Bay Foreshore on Sunday 11 October at 7:00pm.
